Rémy Roe is a father, fiancé, and feminist who recently retired after 15 years as Special Operations Combat medic in the U.S. Army. He retired after earning his second Purple Heart medal from injuries sustained in Afghanistan, and is currently a staff member at the Stanford University School of Medicine. Rémy refers to himself as a "tactical academic," having earned master's degrees in Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Sociology. He is currently a USAW Advanced Sports Performance Coach and Ph.D. candidate studying developmental psychology.
